"I am so thankful to have such amazing what u fans for sticking by me. I love u with all my heart, "she tweeted after show yesterday evening. "Thank u so much I will never stop singing that I promise that I love all of my fans."

In total agreement with Raven was Cowell who seemed oddly prescient earlier yesterday: "I hope everything works well tonight, but I have a strange feeling," he tweeted.

"Rachel walked out on a high tonight," he added later. "Thanks to all those who voted for her."

Also chiming after high voltage debacle yesterday evening was Paula Abdul, I can always count for a much needed dose of positivity.

"I'm so excited for you," her Twitter. "I can't wait for you to experience all the success that is about to come your way! xoxoxoP.

"Absolutely love, love and adore. my arms are around you. like a gem & the most gifted young lady ... "

Of course, your kind words were not exclusive to Rachel, and she reached out to someone else who is no doubt feeling pretty beat up this morning.
